Dr. Kanchan G. Rajput

Dr. Kanchan G. Rajput is a distinguished academician and researcher with over 13 years of experience in higher education. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from ISBR Research Centre, University of Mysore, with her doctoral research focusing on the role of microfinance institutions in promoting financial inclusion in rural India. She has been conferred with 7 Best Paper Awards at reputed national and international conferences and has received Gold Medals for academic excellence during her MBA and Ph.D. programs. Her academic interests span finance, sustainability, entrepreneurship, ESG, greenwashing, and digital transformation.

Dr. Rajput has published over 20 research papers in leading Scopus-indexed, UGC CARE-listed, and peer-reviewed journals, and contributed to several book chapters with IGI Global.
