Dr. Nidhi Kumari

Dr. Nidhi Kumari holds a Ph.D. in Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee and is UGC-NET JRF qualified. Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounts Hons.) and a Master’s in Commerce, with specialization in Finance and Human Resource Management.

Her research interests span across Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Financial Management. She has published two research papers, including one in an ABDC-listed journal and another in a Q1-indexed journal, reflecting her contribution to high-quality academic research.

She brings a strong blend of conceptual knowledge and practical insight to the classroom, fostering student engagement through innovative pedagogy and experiential learning methods.
