Dr. Veena Ishwarappa Bhavikatti

Dr. Veena Ishwarappa Bhavikatti is an Assistant Professor with a strong academic background in management studies. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Karnataka State Women’s University, Bijapur, and M.Phil from Karnataka State Women’s University, Bijapur, along with MBA from Gulbarga University with dual specialization in HR and Marketing. Her areas of expertise include Human Resource Management and Marketing.

She has 13+ years of experience in teaching Human Resource Management and Marketing Management subjects. A prolific researcher and scholar, she has published more than 48 research papers in reputed National and International Journals and has presented over 22 papers at National and International Conferences, including presentations at prestigious IIM platforms. She has also authored four academic books and holds multiple patents.
